Hello! I am Kermo Ohno, a 22-year-old junior software developer from Estonia, from the small town of Tõrva. I graduated from Tõrva Gymnasium’s basic school in 2019 and from high school in 2022, after which I started studying to become a junior software developer at Tartu Vocational College.
My future choices were greatly influenced by my interest in programming, which has fascinated me for a long time. Although I wasn't sure where to start at first, I decided that learning at school would give me a structured opportunity to develop my skills in programming. In high school, I also took a course that introduced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which sparked a true interest in me and motivated me to actively use these languages. This was a major factor in my decision to become a junior software developer.
In my free time, I enjoy playing computer games, which has been my biggest hobby for years. As a result, I chose the theme of the well-known video game Cyberpunk for my e-portfolio. Gaming is my passion, but sometimes I also find time to read a book or watch a movie.
In my work, I value collaboration, creativity, and efficiency in finding practical and optimal solutions. I am adaptable and have analytical thinking, which helps me tackle various challenges. Additionally, I have strong problem-solving and communication skills, allowing me to actively contribute to team work.
